Thanks to a widespread presence — ranging from the Disney+ and Hulu streaming services, to cinema, to social media, to theme parks and cruise ships — Disney confirms itself as the world leader in entertainment and a strategic partner also in the world of fashion. During the exclusive showcase in which Sabor took part, Disney unveiled preview content and upcoming projects. In the Marvel world, highly anticipated returns and new protagonists are on the horizon. With the debut of The Fantastic Four in theaters, the Marvel Cinematic Universe is entering a new phase that will culminate with the double event of Doomsday and Avengers: Secret Wars, respectively in 2026 and 2027. Also in 2026, the release of the new Spiderman: Brand New Day film is expected, whose title suggests a new beginning for the character, perhaps with a significant impact on the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. For the kids’ target, the production of content dedicated to the preschool segment continues. The anticipation for Toy Story 5, expected in 2026, confirms the timeless strength of a beloved franchise, ready to return with new narrative ideas and a great impact on audiences of all ages. At the same time, franchises such as Lilo & Stitch confirm themselves to be among the most appreciated by both the public and retailers. Stitch, in particular, has given rise to a real “blue wave” in retail. New content is expected for Angel, a character that has a very high level of popularity, especially among the kids’ target. Disney confirms its intention to expand its presence in daily life, also through channels such as YouTube and collaborations with digital environments in continuous evolution. In this regard, Disney has entered into a strategic, multi-year partnership with Epic Games, to create a new universe of games and entertainment interconnected with Fortnite, which will include content from Disney, Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars and Avatar.
